VM Disk I/O testing tool / benchmark ?

Hi People,

I need to perform testing on which VMFS is better for the SQL Server VMs.

Can anyone here please suggest me which tool or method that I can use to test the VM performance when it is on NFS data store or in iSCSI data store ?
