Oulook 2016 displays removed language

In Outlook 2016, in the check language box, it lists "Albanian" for some reason.

In installed languages, the albanian language has been removed.

I've tried restarting Outlook, but it still lists it.

Are there anywhere else I have to remove it?

Note I have not added any proofing languagesIt shows all languages so what you are seeing is normal
