If you have setup "Sync" in firefox previously, all you need to do is to login to your firefox "Sync" account again, and bookmarks, addons etc (depending on what you decided to sync previously), will be restored. If you didn't use sync previously, or if you didn't use an addon like Xmarks (an addon that syncs bookmarks in firefox), then there isn't much you can do, except maybe look at your old firefox profile on your old HD, and provided it is still readable, you can copy that profile over to the new one on your new disk.

@rindi
thx for your answer, it's nearly what I've expected. For the future, i'll use sync.
