I have a new PTZ IP camera. It's present IP is 192.169.1.10. When I access the camera via my computer it is all in Chinese. Is there some way of accessing it that would give me English? I do not know the brand of the camera. None is shown. However, I do have the information that is on the id tag. PT-PTZA2084XM-A  20X ZOOM  1080P SPEED: HIGH. In addition, I would like to change the IP address to something else. That might be easy if I had the language as English.

you select the language when you install the software.  Have you tried that?

I did not install any additional software other than SMART PSS AND PSS. i am logging into the camera directly. So, I am fairly sure that the Chinese I am seeing is directly coming from the camera.  I was just hoping that there were some sort of "choose your language" option. There might be, but not understanding Chinese makes it difficult.
