on that page, i do not see any reference to c+14 or c+17.Does that mean that page is not uptodate? Otherwise,i like the link to C++11 , but i am wondering if that is the standard place?

Sorry. You asked for a C++ 11 reference, which I had in my bookmarks. I stopped using C++ so I do not have any references for later versions. Stroustrup is the author of the language, so I guess that makes it pretty standard ;) If you want more, check the homepage of the provided link for more links to references.
