We are running Windows 2012R2. A few users access their Office PC's from home using the Remote Web Workspace feature.
Suddenly, this feature is no longer working. I am also unable to access the server using this feature as the Administrator.
The error message is:
Remote Desktop Connection
Your Computer can't connect to the remote computer because your computer or device did not pass the Network Access Protection requirements set by your network administrator. Contact your network administrator for assistance.
I have tried this connection from and to various workstations with the same results.
This is the first time I have encountered this message and am unsure as to how to troubleshoot effectively. No changes have been recently made. SSL certificate was renewed a few weeks prior to the issue manifesting.
Any recommendations on how to address would be appreciated.
