I would like to know if I joined a closed group or secret group, will those groups appear in the group section of my profile?<br />

I know even I hide the group section, people will still able to see the post from timeline.<br />

I want an expert to confirm that if I joined those closed and secret groups won't appear in my profile, so that my friends will not know.
