Hi we replaced a client's PC and he would like to have all of his Jabber IM chat histories restored. They are all blank on the new machine. Correct me from I am wrong but chat histories do not transfer from one PC to another unless server side logging is enabled correct?

We located the local .db chat history file at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History, but if I am not mistaken there isnt a seamless way to import this into jabber to restore the chat histories?

The only way to open to open this .DB is to download SQL Lite?

I figured it out. Just simply take the .DB file from the old machine and move it to the same directory on the new machine. Jabber recognizes and display the chat histories

Is there a way I could verify if someone edited my jabber history file and then replaced it?
