SAP Crystal Report can't save my custom paper size

The company where I work create a lot of reports, these have to be printed on specific sized paper (in this case continuos paper), such as 20cm x 15cm, which a printer EPSON LX-300+II, however, the only way they can work with this paper size is if:
- I create the personalized paper size in print preferences
- I save the settings under a specific name on the print preferences
- I open page setup and select custom paper size

I did all these steps, only thing I can't do is SAP save my custom size.
I've one problem with this, the settings goes back to Letter (or any size except my custom size) every time I close print setting at the program.

This procedure is too complicated and too long for the user to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Regards,

What software are you using to do the printing?  Crystal Designer? An application using the Crystal runtime? ... Version? ...

Are you changing the report printing in a viewing application?

Is the printer local?

DId you install the same paper size on the server?

What do you mean with this?
If you refer to SAP I use just SAP Business One 8.82

Apologize me, first of all, I don't know what do you mean with install the same paper size on the server, respect if the printer is local, it isn't, I connect by remote desktop, I applied all setting to detect the printer on the session (all well up there). Now... respect if I change the report printing, yes, I think... I made some changes trough SAP software but no much, only things that I can change are the orientation, paper size (here is the problem) and source.

I try to be as clear as possible with my explanations,

SAP Business One is NOT Crystal thus our confusion.

DO you have permissions to change the report?
DO you have permissions to make a permanent change to the server printer?

Okay, I think we're going by the same way, now.... I'm the network administrator and I suppose than I've permissions to do that but I don't know how

If you open the printer does it show the new paper size or do you have to create it every time?

Yes, I can do that... the printer shows me the new paper size, I select it as default and no problems there, problem happens when I select the size paper at SAP software
Mike McCracken

When you select it in the BO Software can then save settings or save the report?

Do you want that paper for all reports or just some?

I prefer it be for all reports, because as I said... for users this procedure is too complicated and too long to do... you know... users xD
