Citrix related: After login to the Citrix profile, not able to lanuch any icons.

the citrix home page will accepts my credentials, after that, I can able to see the blank page, none of the
icons are loaded. if i tried to log in again and again, some time it shows the icon, but not able to launch them.

and it gives the error message: unknown client error: 1110

What version of citrix xenapp you use and also make sure the data collector behavior is ok. Also is this happening only to you or multiple users??
