Hello ,

I cant access to any public adress from our AS400 server , can you please help ,

Check your TCP configuration (CFGTCP) and verify that your subnet mask (option 1), default route (option 2), and DNS server settings (option 12) are correctly configured.  You may need to discuss the correct configuration with your network administrator.

Also check with your network administrator to verify that external access is not being blocked by a firewall.

If you need more help, please post you current setting from above, and execute the following commands and post output (you'll need to DSPJOBLOG to see the  full output).  These will help determine if DNS and routing is properly configured, and if an intermediate host (firewall) is blocking traffic.

ping 'google-public-dns-a.google.com'
ping '8.8.8.8'
traceroute '8.8.8.8'
