Did you try rebuilding your indexing in Outlook?
In Outlook 2013 click on the File tab, then click Options > Search
Click Indexing Options
You should now see what locations are being indexed. Click Advanced
Under Troubleshooting, click Rebuild
Rebuilding will take some time so make sure to leave your PC running for a while, preferably when you don’t need to work with it since indexing can impact the speed of your computer.

Go to your account and make sure your account settings are correct for your ISP. Receiving is normally 995 / SSL and sending is normally 587 / TLS or SSL
Make sure the POP addresses are correct. Check these with your ISP.

If I copy *.PST file to another folder so be save location, after that start to make backup or archiving to outlook
Try this:
1. Make a very safe copy of your PST file in a non-Outlook location.
2. Go to Control Panel, Mail and delete your Outlook profile.
3. Close out, go to the Outlook location (normally My Documents\Outlook) and delete the PST files. Make SURE you have backups first.
4. Shut down.
Now Start Up and open Outlook. Make your account and test it. Does it work?
If so, Import the PST file and see if it continues to work?
