How to add Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client to Windows 7 logon

I can launch AnyConnect and connect to the VPN just fine after logging into Windows, but how do you do it before logging in? In other words, how do you add that button I have on screen to the Windows 7 Pro logon?

Yes, but I'm not proficient with XML or Cisco ASDM. Is there another way to add it or enable it in a similar way to how you do it with "connect to a workplace" in Windows 7?

Turns out that just had to connect to the vpn from a remote location to automatically download the software.
