CLS compliant

I have two VB projects.   Both are using TAPI3 library.   In one project when I declare my TAPI object variables, I get compiler error about type of member not being CLS compliant.

Can anyone please tell me what this means, and how do I get around it?

I guess you have a different setting in one project when compared to the other.

you are correct.  One has <Assembly: CLSCompliant(True)>  in the AssemblyInfo.vb.

Thanks!
