I am trying to put together a smart list that shows all our vendors that have term discounts. However I am unsure what tables I need to include to determine which vendors offer discounts.

You can get all the vendors and their payment terms in PM00200. The Payment Terms setup can be found in SY03300. (You can link PM00200.PYMTRMID = SY03300.PYMTRMID.)

If you want to find anything that has a discount percentage, that should be where DSCPCTAM in SY03300 <> 0.
