Exchange PAL tool gives an error Not Enough Samples in the counter log

Hello experts,

I am trying to use PAL tool on Exchange 2010 to get the performance logs of a particular CAS and MBX server but I keep getting this error "Not Enough Samples in the counter log" and get an empty log HTML Page. although I ran the data collector set for an hour with the same counters used in the sample log provided by PAL.

I would appreciate any thoughts on what to do exactly to get those logs working.

Use ExPerfWiz to collect your data.   This is what you want collecting data on your Exchange servers.

https://experfwiz.codeplex.com/

.\experfwiz.ps1 -duration 04:00:00 -interval 5 -threads -filepath D:\Logs

Then run that through PAL.
