Publisher and removing automatic hyphenation

Say, Publisher insists on automatically hyphenating text in text boxes. We have found a setting which we have unchecked (Automatically Hyphenate new Text boxes) , under File Options Advanced in this regard, but it doesn't help. Please assist.

Adjusting that setting works for me, Publuisher 2010.

However, as per the wording of the Setting, it only applies to New text boxes, ie created after the setting is changed.
