Weird Outlook Error

When I reset a users password in the active directory i can logon to the users email no problem when.

when I close outlook and reopen it outlook will ask for a domain login but the account is locked.

1.Is the user logged in to Outlook Web Access anywhere?
2.On the workstation..Control Panel>User Accounts>Manage Your Credentials   remove any old entries for outlook, etc.

Seems that the user was still logged in the RDS server causing the AD to lock their account.
