Our email admin has been out and I need to know how to add a voice mail account in Exchange UM.
Can anyone give me the process basics? Thank you.

Here are the steps.

You can use either the EAC or the Exchange PowerShell.

If you regular admin is out, you will probably be better of with the EAC.
