It is a network. Server 2012 R2 Server. Windows 7 Professional workstations. The shortcuts on the desktops for programs ran on the server are blank. I know this has always been a problem but this time refreshing the desktop and/or right clicking on the shortcut and Change Icon don't work. When you right click and &quot;Change Icon&quot; the correct icon is shown but it won't update the shortcut.
