Veritas Backup Exec 15 - license problems

I have renewed my licenses for Veritas Backup Exec 15 (version 14.2) and have downloaded the .slf files

When I try to import the .slf file, I get the message, that the serial number is already entered. Yes, but with the old date - I need the new dates.

When I try to remove the licenses, and afterwards import the .slf files, I still get the message, that they already exist - and when I click Show Removed Serial Numbers, they are back again.

Any ideas ???

I had Veritas support to help me.

We had to manually del all .slf files in C:\ProgramData\Symantec Shared\Licenses\Backup Exec\14.2

Then we added the licenses again and it was okay.

Would it be worth removing the serial numbers, then stopping and restarting the Backup Exec services?

When I try to remove the serial numbers, it will change it to a Demo installation.
But I tried and all services was restarted.

When I then start the Installation Screen for licenses, no licenses are shown.
But when I import a .slf license file I get the same error again, that it is already installed. And when I click on Show Removed Licenses, it shows all the licenses again :-(
