Dynamic VLAN assignment and HP switch VLAN config

Hi Experts,

I have an access point that is compatible with dynamic VLAN assignment from our RADIUS server.. however I am wondering what VLAN config is required on the switch that the Access Point is plugged in to.

I have the VLANs configured on the switch, but not sure if tagging or un-tagging is required when it comes to dynamic VLAN assignment.

Hope you can help.

thanks

it depends on the models of your AP and switch, eg if the AP can support VLAN tags or not...

so better please advise the product names and models.

Try to search for configuring port mobility for your switch.

Dynamic vlan needs to be tagged in your switch configuration as well.
