Hi All Expert,

Good Day.

I would like to check if anyone has encounter Java Error code1603 before? I had tried to uninstall previous version java and all folder, using offline to install, untick enable Java content in the browser and download also getting this error. Did a long research and try a lot still shouldn't install it. I am using windows 10 and appreciate if any expert has this experience or solution can share with me.
Thanks & Regards

Yes I have seen that. Uninstall Java (Programs and Features), close out, restart and then go to java.com and download the Full version of Java 8 build 101 (look for "other versions". Then install this.

Please let us know if this works.  It has worked for me.

Hi Sir,

Thank you for reverting back.

I had try it before uninstall all java, restart and download  Java Runtime Version 8 Update 101 and try install and still get error code 1603. Some said can delete the auto run from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor\AutoRun, I have Command Processor pop out on administrator account but not on user account that's weird, and not to sure if delete the auto run will cause any issue. Any advise will be appreciate.

Thanks!

Here is what I did on one machine: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Uninstall Java as noted above.

Download and install Java 8 Build 101 64-bit and install that. That should not error out.

You can also install Java 32-bit after if you wish.
