Getting "The remote session was disconnected because there are no Remote Desktop License Servers available to provide a license.  Please contact the server administrator."

I hate showing my lack of experience here, but I've never had to configure a licensing server just to RDP into something before.  I can console in via vSphere which is fine, but i'd like to use my RDTabs that i've been using with all my other servers.  (Tested using actual RDP).

This is replacing a 2k3 server so I can't look at the Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration of the previous server to see the configuration.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
