Windows 7 and Paperport 14
I installed paperport 14 when I installed my new scanner Xerox DocuMate 3220. It worked fine for a few months. This week it has crashed several times. I uninstalled it and went to Version 12 which I had on hand. It has also crashed. Could this be a compatibility issue. I tried to reinstall version 14 but it will not install.
download revo uninstaller pro trial(makes sure its the pro version) Do an advanced uninstall of paperport and it will get rid of all existing files and registry entries. When it finds entries in windows choose select all then delete, same for the registry entries. Then do a fresh install of the latest version again.
