I would like to know What Replication Network is used for in Exchange DAG.

In a DAG, all the servers synchronize the mailbox databases from the active server by using log shipping (copying the transaction log files). The network used to copy these log files is the replication network and it is usually used to avoid large amounts of log files being sent between servers using the client network so it does not cause any disruption to client connectivity.

- Does that mean Each DAG member will have 2 physical NICs , one for MAPI Network and one for Replication Network ?

If So how do you tell Exchange servers to router, the Mapi Traffic through one NIC(Mapi) and the Replication Traffic through the Other NIC(Replication) ?

It is not a requirement to have a different network for replication (2 NICs). You can have both forms of traffic go through a single NIC/Network.

Last few implementations I've done have been as such (single NIC only) but if you feel you want to have a 2nd NIC for the replication, then you need to have it on a different network all together.

OK if I decide to have both traffics going through Separate NICs (Networks)
Then how do you tell Exchange servers to router, the Mapi Traffic through one NIC(Mapi) and the Replication Traffic through the Other NIC(Replication) ?

The replication NIC must be configured properly - No DNS, No default gateway and correct binding order.

Ok where is the magic that tells the Log shipping should be routed through Replication Network ?

When you go into the DAG from the console and open the properties of the individual networks, you will be able to specify if replication is enabled on it or not. This is how exchange knows which network to use for log shipping.
