Hello,

We are running Exchange 2016 CU2 on a Windows 2012 R2 server.  We had migrated from Exchange 2010 about 3 weeks ago.

We have a single mailbox which is having trouble when we try to email to it.  It works fine when I email from OWA.  Based on some research, the issue could possibly be due to the Auto-Complete contents.  

The error messages whether I use the GAL/OAB by clicking and selecting an item from "To" is:

 05 Madera Front Counter
 The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.

Does the mailbox have trouble receiving from all senders or just some?
If it's autocomplete, you can delete a particular entry (on a particular computer) by using the up/down arrow keys and delete key (not the backspace key...it doesn't work for this) on the keyboard. In a new message window (Outlook not OWA), click in the to or cc box, type a few letters of the recipient you want to remove then arrow key up or down to highlight to the entry. Hit the delete key while the entry is highlighted to remove it from the autocomplete cache.

What about the all senders/just some senders question? Can the mailbox receive from ANY senders? Does it break down along internal-external sender lines?
