Organization Chart Created in Visio 2010 from Excel Only Shows One Level Not Two

I created an organization chart in Visio 2010 from an Excel spreadsheet.
It shows the top level, but not the second level.
I have searched on the web, Visio Help, and tried just about everything menu and no luck.

The data is correct and can produce the correct result as shown in the attached vsd file.

I think the problem is the layout settings on the last page of the org chart wizard. Try using the highlighted setting, which shows all shapes by default.wizard pageMy guess is that you've chosen the upper radio button and then customized how many levels should appear on the page -- and stopped one level too soon.
