So, I noticed, we run a disjointed system. For example: The operation departments need a desk fix, they'll ask for the carpenter, but maybe 2-3 days ago, the customer service unit also requested for a new desk. and then the accounts department needed a new chair.
I will want this synch. so, that the carpenter can get all of his task our company has for him taken care of at once. Same way for the electrician or the plumber, and they'll not have to be coming multiple times.
I want a system where: All our contractors are in one spot, and any employee from any department can make a request, and it'll show up as a request for the carpenter, so when the carpenter comes around, he'll see all the request at one spot.
Kindly advise which app we can use for this. I don't mind a web based app, I also have a local VM, so I can host it on linux or windows. Thank you.
