How can I ensure that Viber only works on WiFi and not on cellular data? On both iPhone and Android?

Thanks

Once the app is installed on the iPhone, typically there should be an option to toggle cellular data on/off.
Go to Settings
Go to Cellular
Scroll down to the app and toggle off cellular data
