Finder searched too broad a disk region

I want to limit the search to a folder and sub-folders. How do I do this on Finder?

Also, two word searches and way better than one. How?

I use Agent Ransack on Windows and love it. What can you recommend for Mac El Capitan? 10.11.6.

Thanks.

Open a folder in Finder and type Command-F. This will open a search window for that folder and subfolders only.

No, I still get files outside that folder clogging up the search list.

Underneath the search box, you have the choice of "search this Mac" or "Search Foldername". Make sure you have clicked on "search Foldername".
