Does anyone have an installer recommendation besides installshield or .NET.  I need to install a .NET app and DBase and DBase updates.

Please try Installaware.
I have used before for legacy databases, but hopefully they still support dbase (very old stuff you have to deal with)

Will this product allow you to install an app on one server and dbase on another server?  I'm looking at it now.

I have not tried that particular scenario, but it should be flexible enough as you can define what options the user is allow to install
