I've got the ITunes app activated on my windows 7 pc and my iPhone 6S plugged in (ios 9.3.5)  with a USB/lightning cable.  How do I transfer photos and videos from the iPhone to my Win7 pc? I want to MOVE, not copy, them.

When you first plug in to the machine, the Auto Play window should come up. At that point you can select an action to copy them to the computer. You have to delete afterward as I do not think you can "move" from the phone.

If need be, go into Control Panel, Auto Play to reset to default or configure the phone to be a device.

I get my Camera Roll this way and that is where Videos are. I have put these on my Computer.

You are very welcome and I was happy to help. Just back from friends, and time to close down for the night. Cheers.
