When I scan photographs fro the flat bed to my PC via the USB, it appears as an internet explorer symbol which I can't open. How do I get it to transmit the photo as a jpeg? &nbsp; &nbsp;PC is running Windows 10.

When I scan photographs fro the flat bed to my PC via the USB, it appears as an internet explorer symbol which I can't open. How do I get it to transmit the photo as a jpeg?    PC is running Windows 10.
