What motion detector camera do you recommend with automatic emails ?

Example
 1. camera is placed inside dark COMPUTER SERVER room
 2. anytime someone opens the door I automatically get an email, including the picture, showing who opened the door
 3. I do NOT get another notice for 30 minutes, since I do NOT want to get 20+ notices during a 10 minute period when the person is doing things

This sounds simple but is a bit difficult in practice.  In particular, what if more people enter the room during the 30 minute "dark" period?  If the software has been told to ignore movement for 30 minutes after an entry, there could be an intergalactic kegger going on in there and you'd not know about it.

Possible solution:  Buy a camera that can be activated with an external switch.  Many IP cameras do this.  Put a magnetic switch or X10 remote switch on the doorjamb.  Connect the magnetic switch to the "activate" inputs on the camera.  Now you get a picture when anybody comes in and when they leave, no matter how long or how short the stay is, or whether somebody is already inside.
