unable to log in to Fiverr.com following successful activation

Hello and Good Evening Everyone,

           I am needing help resolving an inability to log in to Fiverr.com.  While I was able to successfully get my username and password to be accepted, I am no longer able to log in to Fiverr.  It is unable to recognize my login credentials for reasons unknown.

           Any help resolving this concern will be greatly appreciated.

Hi

         I am using Microsoft Edge.  With that in mind, what steps will be necessary to delete cookies and cache and login form passwords within Microsoft Edge?

Hello and Good Morning Jackie,

              Thank you for your follow up suggestions in addition to your resourceful link.  After carrying out the instructions outlined within the article, I am still unable to log in to Fiverr.com.  I believe this issue is inherent to this site because I am able to log in to my other sites which require login credentials.   I attempted to contact Fiverr about this issue, but was unable to do so because their contact page requires certain information which does not pertain to me.   I was hoping there might be a direct email address or perhaps a live chat link, but, I was unfortunately able to locate either.

           Thank you for Fiverr's Facebook link.  At this point, I will need to contact them.  Hopefully, I will have this situation resolved soon because I am eager to try out Fiverr.
