Is there any core JDK API for PDF Creation?
Does Java 8 or above comes with inbuilt API to generate PDF from Java web application?

Not that I've noticed. You'll probably still have to use a third-party library.

Thank you. We were looking into that product, it involves the cost though. But I guess it will be the best bet.

It looks like version 2.1.7 for Java might have a looser license than subsequent versions, when it comes to use in a commercial product, but I'm not 100% sure.
