Hello EE,

We have a remote office that is RDP back into the corporate server which has licenses for multiple RDP sessions simultaneously.
However, randomly during the day they are experiencing 20-30 disconnects from the server.

I am checking firewall, but is there anything known that would be timing out, disconnecting, etc?

What kind of internet connection is it?  DSL, Cable, Fiber?  Have you checked the network connections between the offices?  How far are the offices?  Are the across the continent?  Are they on another continent?  Is there an inactivity time out set for RDP sessions?

MPLS network.  There is one 10 minutes away and others are states away.  All experience and vary in bandwidth from 6M-25M

Is there something on the server logs?

What kind of switch or firewall are you using?  Does the switch or firewall have diagnostics?  Is there a way to do packet capture?

If your equipment dosn't have diagnostics, then you'll need something like wireshark to scan and capture packets during the disconnects.

Had network emergency but would like to close and reward serialband as it was firewall but can't access to do so.
