Windows 7 users RDP into Server at another site getting 20-30 RDP disconnects a day
Hello EE,
We have a remote office that is RDP back into the corporate server which has licenses for multiple RDP sessions simultaneously.
However, randomly during the day they are experiencing 20-30 disconnects from the server.
I am checking firewall, but is there anything known that would be timing out, disconnecting, etc?

What kind of internet connection is it? DSL, Cable, Fiber? Have you checked the network connections between the offices? How far are the offices? Are the across the continent? Are they on another continent? Is there an inactivity time out set for RDP sessions?
