We want that when the user clicks the "Submit" button on the form that an email is generated and sent to us containing the user's responses and the user's selected multiple files as attachments to the same email.  We've found plenty of Muse Form Widgets that "upload" files to an FTP site (Jot Form and WuFoo Forms) - we require an email attachment.

The "Muse Upload Form" widget does the email part, but is limited to attaching (one) file and does not offer authoring controls (check boxes and mandatory controls that most other form widgets do.

The points go to the expert who can steer us to a solution that does what we've explained and works with Adobe Muse.

This expert suggested creating a Gigs project.
Just a thought... If you don't get a good link to a working solution, it might require some custom programming.   Consider using E-E Gigs if you need that.

We have researched this and there appears to be zero commercial off-the-shelf product that addresses what we're seeking to do.  We have zero budget for a custom programming solution.  We will solve with the customer submitting the form and providing instructions for the customer to attach any files to a customary email address that we will provide.
