set font size to read email messages (*after opening*)

How can I change the default font size for email messages I open and read?

I found how to change the font and appearance of the Inbox list of emails,
so it is a larger-than-default font, but I cannot find anywhere (so far)
how to increase the font size for messages once I've opened them.  I have
to click Zoom, and manually increase from 100% to about 130-140% depending
on my eyesight at the moment.

There has to be an easier way!

I'm on a Windows 10 (just upgraded) Lenovo ThinkPad W541, if that makes
any difference.  And we're running MS Outlook 2016 MSO (16.0.6729.1012) 32-bit.  
And, it's in Office 365 (cloud).

There are two options to do what you want.

If you know about VBA script, you can use VBA to force the zoom level when you read incoming email in Outlook 2007 or newer.

OR

Buy either ZoomIn or Zoom Email Windows addon to do the zoom in.
