Only if you have a medical condition that legitimately requires the accessibility improvements in 10. Otherwise, no. A full ear has passed. Done and gone.

You need now (for any machines you have) to figure if it worth paying for (it is, in my opinion) or whether you stay put until you need to replace the machine.

Windows 10 is very good, but we are leaving client machines at Windows 7 until replacement and then replace with Windows 10. We have some Windows 10 machines in place and know they work in our environment.
