Go to iTunes on your computer. (You have to do it this way.  Apple doesn't have a way to cancel a subscription through iPhone.)
Click Account drop down in the menu.
Click View Account.
Login with your iCloud login/pass.
Go to 'Settings' > Subscriptions > Manage
You should be able to disable Pandora subscription there.

Let me know if this works or not.

Is there more stuff below 'iTunes in the Cloud'?  Can you scroll down more?

It should look like this:

See Subscriptions and click 'Manage'.  There should be an option to disable the Pandora subscription.

If there is no option listed, then are you logging into the wrong iTunes account?  The iCloud account you're signed in with on your iPhone should be the one you login with in iTunes.
