For some reason there are missing items (.bkf files) and folders in the location were my backups are held. I do have a backup of those folders at another location on the network. My questions is how to I move those files and folders so that backup exec can recognize it and restore from it?

This must be a common occurance as Backup Exec have an advanced Backup Exec BKF Repair Tool.  These backup files get corrupt and faulty due to backup files being saved in the local hard disk and not protected by System Restore.  Common causes of BKF file corruption are CRC errors, registry corruption, backup interruption, sudden system shutdown, unrecognized media and software failure.

Another popular tool to easily restore all errors from lost and damaged backup files and restore the maximum without hassle.
