not sure what you mean, you referring to the internet, you can monitor the bandwidth on the port?

Look at OpManager or Solarwinds, PRTG to track the data and report

How many ports are in VLAN1?  Only the leased line?  Is your goal to know the total amount of traffic going over your leased line?

If all traffic for VLAN1 is only on port1, then the traffic counters for port1 are the total traffic that you're looking for.  You can get these with any SNMP-based monitoring tool (e.g. PRTG).

If you want total traffic in/out on more than one port, you can do this in PRTG:  use traffic counters for each port separately, and then use a Factory Sensor to add together all the
NetCrunch network monitor does bandwidth monitoring and creates layer-2 maps for you with live stats - even from each port in switch - automatically. You can also see "top talkers" if you're trying to diagnose sudden spikes in usage. All in all, NetCrunch is pretty extensive, so you can get very granular data if you would like. Here's a video that pretty much shows you how it looks like.
