Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2016 and Software Restriction Policies Error
I have recently implemented SRP (Software Restriction Policies) on our Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server. I was able to get all other programs to function properly on the server besides Quickbooks. When SRP is enabled Quickbooks will work for most of the day but eventually freezes when trying to log into our company file located on a network share. If i disable SRP the issue is resolved but it is a must I get these two working properly together. I have made sure to add the exceptions in SRP to allow Quickbooks to run unrestricted including paths for the network share, Local program data and files, and Registry entries. I do receive an error in the application log while this error occurs. The error message is pasted below but this error shows up in the application log at other times when quickbooks is operating normally and SRP is not enabled. This is the only error message that appears in the application log when quickbooks experiences this error while SRP is enabled. I am not sure what my next step is to get this solved so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
