Freeware to auto refresh / reload Win7's IE & Android's Firefox browsers

I have a need to quickly (usually within 2 mins) respond to a certain requests that come in thru a website
but this website often times out after about 5 mins & I have to relogin (which is a slow process).

Can point me where to obtain/download:

a) portable freeware that auto refresh (ie perform Ctrl-R) on an IE browser (for a specific tab as I may be
opening up multiple tabs)?  Ideally it's not an installer, but just a standalone tool as I don't have the
    admin privilege to install software.
Can a script running wget to download the page keep the page from timing out/logoff ?

b) a freeware (or low cost app) for Note 2's Android's Firefox browser (which also accesses) the same web site/page

If you want to use IE, forget about portable freeware as if you want to add addons in IE, you must have admin rights.

I suggest that you shall try the website below.

http://portableapps.com and use other browsers.
