Freeware to auto refresh / reload Win7's IE & Android's Firefox browsers

I have a need to quickly (usually within 2 mins) respond to a certain requests that come in thru a website
but this website often times out after about 5 mins & I have to relogin (which is a slow process).

Can point me where to obtain/download:

a) portable freeware that auto refresh (ie perform Ctrl-R) on an IE browser (for a specific tab as I may be
opening up multiple tabs)?  Ideally it's not an installer, but just a standalone tool as I don't have the
    admin privilege to install software.
Can a script running wget to download the page keep the page from timing out/logoff ?

b) a freeware (or low cost app) for Note 2's Android's Firefox browser (which also accesses) the same web site/page

Anything for Android Firefox?

No

There are some old add-on like the one below which works on older version of Firefox on Android.

MA Auto Reload
https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/ma-auto-reload/?src=cb-dl-created

Although, it is possible to download and install older version of Firefox (from apkmirror website) but I have tried that such add-ons is still not possible to add.

In short, you need to switch to another browser, like Dolphin which has an auto tab reload addon in Google Play Store.

Dolphin browser

Dolphin Tab Reload
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.tabreload

Just install both apps above and you can open Dolphin to set the auto reload of your webpage.

If you want to use IE, forget about portable freeware as if you want to add addons in IE, you must have admin rights.

I suggest that you shall try the website below.

http://portableapps.com and use other browsers.
