Clients cannot contact WSUS (Error 802400E)

We have been facing the following problem for more than two months.

Our clients cannot contact our WSUS server.

KB3148812 installed automatically and I uninstalled it and did not perform the post instructions. Then installed KB3159706 and I added the feature “HTTP Activation” and rebooted the server but still no success.

Kindly assist me in this matter because this problem made our work miserable.

When I try to run "C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe postinstall /servicing" on Command Prompt, I get the following message:

"C:\Program is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"

Kindly assist me what to do next?

I ran CMD in both ways; as administrator and without administrator.

Oh sorry my mistake.

The command ran successfully.

Post installations succeeded.

Just rebooted and I will check whether WSUS is working or not then I will let you know.

WSUS is working.

I really thank you from the bottom of my heart. So nice of you.

Then in "Update Window" I clicked "Check for Updates" button and it started checking updates.

My question is that now WSUS server will automatically update all our PCs or I have to go one by one and click "Check for updates" button?
