Here is a script I use:

Get-MailboxStatistics -database <<insert name here>> | where {$_.TotalItemSize -gt 2GB} | select DisplayName,  ItemCount, totalitemsize

now you can remove the where if you don't want it. I use it to filter for higher mailbox users specifically.

Hi,
If you want just email address and mailbox size command in the above thread will do that.
if you want the size of the database which is not part of mailboxstatistics, You can try this.
Get-MailboxDatabase -Status | select Name,DatabaseSize | Export-Csv c:\export\mailboxes.csv
