Why does FormTyper no longer work?

Nuance PaperPort 14 includes FormTyper, which allow me to fill in forms,   From today it no longer works.   Previously created fields no longer appear.   I have repaired PaperPort but the problem, remains.

I recommend upgrading (free!) to version 14.5, as explained in this EE article:
PaperPort 14 - Free Upgrade to Version 14.5

Then apply the Patch 1 update (also free), as explained in this EE article:
How to install the Patch 1 update for PaperPort 14.5

After that, you'll be on the latest version of PaperPort. That may fix the problem, but if not, let me know. While you're at it, you may want to install the PP14 Scanner Connection Tool (free again), as explained in this EE article:
PaperPort 14 Scanner Connection Tool - Fix Scanning Problems in PaperPort 14

It won't help your FormTyper problem, but it's a good idea to have it and may prevent future scanning problems.

Btw, what version of Windows are you using, including bit level (32 or 64)? Regards, Joe
