Could you be more specific?  TV attached interfaces or TVS? If interfaces,  why not use a casting solution?

Solution to RCA VIDEO output prolem: Two steps
Step 1:Hardware setup,i,e whatever the rca cable you have bought mostly have the yellow pin with connections in reverse as per Rapberry pi requirement ,
so you the cut yellow wire at distance of 10 cm from male pin and reverse the connection with black to yellow and yellow to black, now you are fit with RCA hardware                         compatability.
Step 2: If you connect Raspy to  tv powered on and then power on your raspy,if you dont see anything on tv (with AV screen on ,for which the Raspy has been connected)
go for "config.txt" editing ,Add the folliwing lines of code, (note:if a line of code already exist dont repeat it)

The info above is about using Raspberry Pi to create a cheap computer with RCA output to old TVs.

Kodi® media center, formerly known as XBMC™ Media Center, is an award-winning free and open source cross-platform software media player and entertainment hub for digital media for HTPCs (Home theater PCs). It uses a 10-foot user interface designed to be a media player for the living-room, using a remote control as the primary input device. Its graphical user interface (GUI) allows the user to easily browse and view videos, photos, podcasts, and music from a harddrive, optical disc, local network, and the internet using only a few buttons.

My Raspberry has Raspian installed it is an older pi2 raspbmc with openELEC
I bought a rubber keyboard and several sd cards with a USB stick and a hdmi cable audio cable. and a power cable.
Install it to the sim card using your windows. Then install the new Kodi media center
The Pi plugs it into my TV HDMI and audio into the audio in, I use it mainly to play MP4 from a USB stick
Otherwise I just use my WD USB drive with divx avi works just fine  plug the USB drive into the TV put the onto apps then select  Video.
My Pi  is a few years ago it now has a case.
